This page explains how users of ParentSaathi - microvidya can request deletion of their data. ParentSaathi is part of the MicroVidya platform, a brand of Microelectra IT Corporation.

1. Your Right to Request Data Deletion

As a user, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data associated with the app.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion using the following method:

📧 Send a email or cordinate with their school or send email on: business@microelectra.in

Include the following details:

Student Name
School Name
Registered Mobile Number
Reason for deletion (optional)

3. Important Note

        Since all student data is managed by the respective school, deletion requests may require approval from the school administration.
    

4. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful request, the following data may be deleted:

Parent account details
Login credentials
Associated student access (from app)

5. Data Retention

Some data may be retained if required for legal, administrative, or school record purposes.

6. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 5–7 working days, subject to verification and school approval.
